Diamidov and Geinger

Well folks.. a quick update -

We have plenty of video incoming, so Im going to try to update as often as possible. Here are two of the highlights from this week, and there are more to point out for observation. If you havent been posted yet - dont fret! Im working on getting everyone.

Remeber - no names on comments please. To reference someone, say the skill name and the number they are in order if relevant. As always, constructive criticism, or your post will be deleted.

Enjoy!!

First Video Post

Alright!!
So... we got a few good clips, and I compiled them.. and it turned out to be HUGE!!

So.. lets see how this post works. If it's too big, then Ill have to make it one clip a time, or make multiple videos. We'll see.

So, some basic ground rules: One, obviously some of the gymnasts are just learning these skills - some look better than others. Any negative comments (or perceived negative comments) will be promptly deleted. Run on the rule - if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.

Second, feel free to give tips and observations. Keep them helpful and in good spirit. This is supposed to be an archive of our development as a team, and as individuals. Lets keep it that way.

Third, you should feel free to comment on the video itself in terms of FORMAT. If you would like to see it some other way, have any ideas, etc.. share. Im open. Im new to this too! However, remember that the focus should be primarily on the gymnasts involved and the skills.

Also, please no "shout outs" or use of names if possible. If you want to comment on a person or skill, assume their name is the skill's name.

So.. without further ado...
